Orlando Disney Paradise Escape: Private Pool, Themed Rooms & Arcades

HOUSE UPDATE!!! We have replaced the damaged games with new set of Arcades. You and your family can now enjoy the latest "Arcade1Up Mortal Kombat II Deluxe Arcade Machine" in our house 1. The game room in the house has the arcades set to free play, so you can enjoy unlimited games play for free. However, you will need to sign in to your personal account for the XBOX 360. Please make sure to turn off the video games when not in use. 2. The HOA community requires full names of the drivers and all individual above 2 years be registered with security in order to enter the resort. At least 24 hrs before your arrival, I will be asking you for the full names to prepare for your arrival 2/ 3 days before you check-in. if you have additional guest to visit during your stay, provide the names at least 12hrs ahead to give the host enough time to submit the names. NOTE: we will not take any responsibility for delays during your check-in at the gate if you don't submit your names or guest names on time or accurately. 3. Air Conditioning & Heating System: The AC temperature modulate based on the outside temperature and it will never be lower than 72 degrees. Please, use the fans for more air distribution. The heating temperature will never be higher than 75 degrees during the cold weather. During the afternoon when not home the thermostat modulate to conserve energy. Please, notify the guest to override the thermostat if the house is too hot and you are home in the afternoon. 4. If you would like to have a 2 burner BBG grill for your stay, it will cost $95 for the week. There is a company that delivers it with full tank or propane. Please, let us know if you would like us to order one. 5. HEAT POOL: If you pay for pool heat, it will heat the pool up to 90 degrees and keep the pool water temperature between 80 and 90 degrees. It will cost an extra $29 a day to cover energy costs. If you decide to have pool heat it will be charged for the full duration of your stay. 6. Please remember there is no smoking of any kind inside or outside our home. There will be $300 penalty to deep clean if the house smell of smoke. 7. NOTE: Please follow all the resort rules. The host do not control what facilities are provided by the resort or the schedule at which they are provided. Always exercise safety. Do not leave anything of value in your car and always lock your car. Call 911 if you have any emergency. 8. If you are checking in later than 6PM, our response time declines until the following morning. Please, follow all instructions given and your check-in should be smooth. However, if you have any concerns after you have checked in, we will attend to it first thing the following morning. 9. We use AI to assist in sending and responding to some of our messages. Please, be patient and the host will directly respond to your questions if not yet answered as soon as possible. 10. The new RESORT rule now charges $10 per parcel ordered to the house. Please, put this into consideration while placing order to the house to avoid additional cost while picking your item up front the front desk. 11. Forgotten Item: If you forget an item at our house and you want us to ship it back to you. You will be charge $25 for service fee plus the actual cost of shipping the item. 12. TRASH GUIDELINES - Use only the 12-13 gallon kitchen tall trash bag provided - No loose trash in the bear proof box/trash bin in front of the house, all trash must be bagged and securely tied - Excessive trash that does not fit inside the trash bin must be taken to the compactor/big trash bin by the front office - Don't set trash bags outside or on top of the container, they will not be collected
